Sleep is a very fundamental part of our daily routine, in fact not getting enough of it can affect our physical and mental health.

Sleeping without clothes is not really practiced by a lot of people unless the weather is ridiculously hot. Sleeping with clothes on at night keeps the temperature of your body quite warm. As a result, the growth hormone is prevented from being released and won't be able to repair your skin. However, if you help reduce the temperature of your body by sleeping nude, it would encourage the growth hormone to be released and do it's work leading to less wrinkles appearing on your skin.

YOU FEEL HAPPIER AND FREER
Plenty people can attest to this one. Going to bed naked makes you feel so free....like no bra or undies to restrict you or make you feel uncomfortable. Ladies you can agree with me the relief that comes with taking off our bras after a long day. That's just how awesome the feeling of sleeping without them pajamas or night wears on.

Well if you're the type to always sleep naked, you won't be bothered about buying new nighties or pajamas to put on and go to bed. So more money saved. You also won't have to spend more strength or energy to wash or put away additional clothes.
