3.) OATMEAL
Never really being one of my favorites, not until very recently. The non processed version of this meal usually taken for breakfast is packed richly with amino acids and vitamin E. These nutrients not only nourish the skin, they combat sun damage and counteract free radicals. Hence your skin is protected from sun burns, acnes and uneven skin tone.

4.) GRAPEFRUIT
Due to its high vitamin C content, grapefruit can promote collagen growth, preventing the sagging of your skin. Okay I'm off to the grocery store...need to stock up!!!

5.) SWEET POTATOES
Sweet potatoes offer an abundance of benefits, everything from antioxidants to anti-inflammatory agents. They also have vitamins A, C and E, which can help you maintain a lovely complexion and beautiful hair. Boy am I thankful I take them? Have yourself of this tasty nutritious food...preferably boiled!

Low-fat yogurt has a variety of health benefits. It provides the calcium and phosphorus that can boost tooth enamel, which will make your smile even brighter. In addition, yogurt consumption appears to help reduce skin wrinkling. Do you have some low fat yoghurt in your refrigerator?
